Sagittarius Full Moon
Sagittarius Full Moon
Our Sag moon—reflecting the light of the curious and open-minded Gemini Sun—asks us this:
* What are you seeking?
* Can you move past old mind constructs, no longer useful, as you find your way?
* Are you beginning to comprehend the difference between knowledge and wisdom?
* Have you come to understand the freedom inherent in risking a new mind-scape?
* Have you come to terms with the universal truth that this life is a grand adventure?
With so much information circulating at warp speed, I’m reminded of the prophecy of the
Hopi elders on June 8, 2000, delivering the high notes for the Sagittarius wisdom seekers:
…This could be a good time!
There is a river flowing now very fast.
It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid.
They will try to hold on to the shore.
They will feel they are being torn apart and will suffer greatly.
Know the river has its destination.
The elders say we must let go of the shore,
push off into the middle of the river,
keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water.
And I say: See who is in there with you and celebrate.
At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally,
least of all ourselves.
For the moment that we do,
our spiritual growth and journey come to a halt.
The time of the lone wolf is over.
Gather yourselves!
Banish the word ‘struggle’ from your attitude and your vocabulary.
All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.
We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.
If you’d like a greater sense of how you might continue evolving with care and awareness, the energy patterning in your chart is a remarkable guide. It may be time for you to check back in with a transit reading, or to better understand a relationship or a child’s chart or to look at the way your energetic ley lines light you up in different geographic locations (a cartography map reading). Maybe you’d like to explore the feminine voices in your chart more deeply with a goddess reading. Just drop a note and we’ll find a session for you.
* If these notes sometimes help a little, please consider a contribution to the columns. Your support means more than you could know. Here’s the link:

Some decades ago, I read my daughter the children’s books written by the remarkably delightful Roald Dahl. He wrote: If you have good thoughts, they will shine out of your face like sun beams and you will always look lovely.
As the moon rises full of light, please take a minute to honor your resilience and your courage. Hearts lifted. Carrying on.

We don’t receive wisdom;
we must discover it for ourselves
after a journey that no one can take for us or spare us.

There is one thing stronger than all the armies in the world
and that is an idea whose time has come.
